Welcome to Kolkata

A man greets with a typical cup of chai, a tea brewed in numerous stands, each with their own spice mix and recipe. I loved the tea, especially with Kolkata's earthenware cups. Discarded on piles on the road, they are collected, ground and re-used for newly fired cups. A warming healthy drink with minimal footprint.
