Canyon water I

The curiously coloured waters of Glen Canyon in Utah, which is now mostly submerged beneath the waters of Lake Powell. The colours differ depending on the depth of the canyon underneath, the angle of the sunlight and whether in direct light or shade; in other moments the water reflects the pink hues from the surrounding sandstone walls of the canyon and blue sky from above.
