On a busy evening in golden hour outside the royal palace in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The lawn in front of the palace is full of people enjoying the cooler evening temperature. There is a lot of slow traffic on the road with all sorts of vehicles including whole families of four on a single motorbike.
